(More customer reviews)We have two of these machines at work, and both of them have the same problems. This coffee maker is terrible, I would rate it in the negative stars if Amazon would let me. The "pause and serve" feature gets stuck in the pause position unless you place the carafe exactly in the right position on the burner, resulting in overflow. Worst of all it brews terrible coffee. The water doesn't get hot enough during the brew cycle, and the burner gets too hot. What you end up with is a weak, scorched tasting concoction that vaguely resemble a cup of coffee. Please don't buy this, you will regret it.
