(More customer reviews)I purchased this coffee pot based upon the desire to have a stainless steel thermal carafe in hopes that I would no longer have to have the flavor of burnt coffee. Well...I don't have the flavor of burnt coffee, but I also don't have hot coffee. This coffee isn't even that hot when it is brewed let alone after it sets for an hour or so. The programmable feature is nice, but the buttons are really touchy and if accidently hit when pushing the appliance back it will not only change the time but the alarm setting. This would not be an item I would recommend to anyone.
