(More customer reviews)This is our second My Invento Coffee Maker. It a makes a very good cup of coffee and the finish is exceptional. Our first unit replaced a 3+ year old Senseo machine that was acceptable but did not handle larger pods well. The drawer design works well and this is one of the best looking machines on the market in our opinion. A major plus is it creates the faux foam similar to the Senseo.
The negative - Our first My Invento lasted 9 months before the heating element failed. After finding out that the product is no longer supported in the US we took a chance and ordered a replacement from what I can assume is left over US inventory. (I knew there was essentially no warranty but took the risk since we very much liked the My Invento when it worked). The second unit lasted 2 months and the heating element failed.
Will not buy again. Replaced with a Senseo.
