(More customer reviews)In the past I have been please with Black and Decker products. This coffee maker, however, is of far less quality than I anticipated.
The plastic used is flimsy and the top to the actual coffee pot does not stay on. I believe the thermostat is not as hot as
my previous coffee maker as the brew is weaker.
The good points: the carafe if wonderful as it is stainless steel thus easy to clean and virtually indestructible with normal use. Also, the timer is right on the nose with accuarcy and the time it takes to brew a full pot is fairly reasonable.
