(More customer reviews)My brother gave me this as a Christmas present and I've had it for over a year. It makes great coffee and looks wonderful on my kitchen countertop. Unfortunately, I banged one of the glass parts and cracked it last week. It still works, but I'm looking for a replacement piece before the crack spreads too much.
Avoid this if you need something that isn't easy to break, but otherwise it's really cool!
Update: I called the company that made this coffee maker today. They are sending a replacement part via priority mail. Hence the 5 stars. Great coffee, great look, great customer service.
