(More customer reviews)I bought this recently because our office no longer allows Household use only pots. I use my coffee pot for hot water to brew my tea. I am quite satisfied with the product and pleased it was reasonably priced. I am not sure why the other reviewer had problems with the coffee spilling everywhere. My guees is they poured it too fast. Also, my water brews nice and hot. I had no problems with temperature.
