(More customer reviews)This was a gift for my moms birthday, at first i was bummed that although it said 12 cups it was an 8-cup. But if you read the manual you will see that the 12 cup is for the one witout stainless steal cup, but rather a glass one. Either ways i love it its a great deal and its easy to use.
