(More customer reviews)This is a good coffeemaker for those who only need a couple of cups of coffee. I use a 16oz mug and get about 1 3/4 mugs from this size carafe. I know Mr. Coffee makes good products, having had a larger version of their coffeemakers so I didn't hesitate to order this one. The stainless steel carafe was the main reason I picked this particular model - I like knowing that if I drop it, it won't shatter into a million pieces like a glass carafe would. The machine also has a timer so you can set up when you want the coffee ready but I don't use that feature. The product info says you don't need to use filters in the filter cup but I do anyway - it just makes it easier to clean when you can lift out the filter with all the coffee grounds in it. The carafe poured with no dripping or dribbling - a problem I had with my previous small coffeemaker. One thing though, I occasionally see a little water leaking from where the plastic portion of the carafe meets the stainless steel portion. This seems to happen if I fill the carafe too high when adding water to the coffeemaker. Other than that, no problems.
