I was surprised even the control panel is made of high quality stainless steel not shiny plastic. Entire machine is really well made, simple to use as pressing a button or two. My favorite feature, the "1-4" setting. Double boils water used for small batches 1-4 cups, a practical functional feature, SWEET!
I like Peat's house blend and this machine makes a great cup. If you're a purist who finds fussy unreliable self grinding machines a bit over the top this is a great alternative.
