(More customer reviews)This coffee maker made the finest cup of coffee I have ever produced myself. Unfortunately, the heating element went out once and had to be repaired. About 3 months later the new element freaked out and heated the carafe hot enough to give me a second degree burn on my arm in about 2 nanoseconds. At that point I gave up. I still dream about the delicious coffee this beast produces.
