(More customer reviews)My family is now on our third Keurig Brewer and all three have failed within 6 months. First the machine brews smaller and smaller portions, then it stops brewing altogether. We loved the concept and variety the Keurig offered however it's performance has been dismal. Interesting there is no place on the web site that one can call and discuss repairs?
The single serve coffee machines are a great idea waiting for a company that cares about quality to arrive. Keurig is not that company.
