(More customer reviews)Make absolutely sure that the container holding the coffee grounds is closed completely. Even though I always make sure it is closed, twice I had a 'ten cup freshly brewed' mess to clean on the counter and floor. Other than that 'minor' catastrophe, the coffee maker is nice.
