(More customer reviews)I have owned dozens of coffee machines only this one has lasted, Over 2 years now and it still makes fantastic hot coffee. I had 1 mishap The computer on it went bad soon after purchase, but they sent a repair person to my house to fix it FREE. Unlike many others it hasn't leaked, burndout, exploded, melted, and doesn't dump water / coffee every time you pour a drink.
