(More customer reviews)We love this coffee maker. Over the years we've used a lot of coffee brewers (some very expensive and fancy) -we love our coffee strong and flavorful. We've had several Bunn products over the years and recognize the quality. This model, while simple and basic, is superior to a Cuisinart that we were using. (It was the model with the thermal carafe, programmable). We weren't satisfied with the taste of the coffee considering that we buy good fresh beans and grind each day. When I purchased this model Bunn I didn't know how we'd manage in the early a.m. without the programmable feature...but this is SO FAST. You just pour the water in the top and swing the cover over and within minutes you have a hot flavorful pot of coffee...and that's important if it's 5:00 am and you're in pj's and bare feet waiting for that java boost! (I bought another just in case this one ever gives out...and they don't make the model anymore!!)
