(More customer reviews)I bought this to use in our small office. I love the convenience and frugality of pods. This coffee maker makes a decent cup of coffee, but it was a little simpler than I expected. It doesn't have any type of reservoir, so you can only put in the amount of water you're using at the time. If you put in more you'll have an overflow. And every time you want a cup you need to fill it up. It also took a long time to brew.
I have a senseo machine at home, which is much much faster and has a reservoir. This works for the office, but I would probably buy a different machine if I were to do it again.
